Player Terms of Service

These Player Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "your") and Adam Shriki LTD, Company No. 515963320, a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Israel ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the LynxPoker mobile application for players (the "App").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to you as an individual player. If you are a poker club, venue, or tournament operator using the LynxPoker management platform, your use is governed instead by our business Terms of Service, a separate agreement available at lynx.poker/en/terms.

2.1 Purpose

LynxPoker is a free companion app for live, in-person poker tournaments. It lets you discover poker clubs, browse the tournaments those clubs publish, follow a tournament clock in real time, keep a player profile, and ask a club for a seat at one of its events.

All tournament information in the App is published by the individual clubs. The Company does not organize, host, or operate poker events.

2.2 What the App Is NOT

LynxPoker is not a gambling platform, online poker room, or financial service. Specifically, the App:

• Does not offer real-money gambling, wagering, betting, or casino games of any kind;
• Does not provide poker gameplay — no cards are dealt, no hands are played, and no wagering occurs through the App;
• Does not facilitate, process, hold, or transmit any buy-ins, entry fees, payouts, wagers, or real-money transactions;
• Does not act as a payment processor, escrow agent, or financial intermediary;
• Does not determine or influence the outcome of any poker game or tournament;
• Does not award, distribute, or guarantee any prize.

The App is an information and tracking tool. It shows you what clubs publish about their own events and lets you tell a club you would like to play.

2.3 No Cost and No Purchases

The App is provided to players free of charge. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no player fees, and no paid features, tiers, or unlockable content of any kind. Nothing in the App is gated behind a payment, and no money moves through the App.

Tournament buy-ins, entry fees, rake, and prizes are handled entirely by the club, in cash or by other means, in person at the venue, and are outside the App and outside this agreement.

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the App. The App presents information about real-money poker tournaments held at physical venues, and those venues impose their own age and admission requirements, which may be stricter.

3.2 Creating an Account

Much of the App works without an account. Creating a free account — by email and password, Google, or Sign in with Apple — additionally unlocks your player profile, your tournament history, and the ability to request a seat.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity conducted under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3.3 Your Profile

Your display name, photo, and home city are shown to clubs you are connected with and may appear in tournament listings for events you have entered — for example in a player list, chip counts, or finishing positions published by the club running that event.

Clubs maintain their own player rosters. A club may link your account to its roster — for instance by scanning a code at the venue — and you may be asked to confirm that link.

Once connected, that club can associate your player profile with its own records of your participation in its events. You may disconnect from a club at any time from within the App. Disconnecting stops future association; it does not erase the club's own records of events you already played, which remain under that club's control.

5.1 A Request, Not a Purchase

Where a club enables it, you may request a seat in one of its tournaments through the App. A seat request is not a purchase and involves no payment. It is a message to the club asking to be included.

5.2 The Club Decides

Clubs control their own tables, seating, and admission. A request may be declined, waitlisted, or cancelled by the club for any reason, and confirmation in the App does not guarantee entry. Registration, identity checks, payment of the buy-in, and admission all happen in person at the venue, subject to that venue's rules and applicable law.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel a pending request in the App. Any consequence of a late cancellation or a no-show is a matter between you and the club.

Clubs publish and control the tournament details shown in the App, including schedules, buy-ins, guarantees, structures, prize pools, and results. The Company does not verify this information and does not guarantee that it is accurate, complete, or current. Schedules and structures change, and a club may amend or cancel an event at any time.

Treat the App as a convenience, not as the official record. Confirm anything that matters with the club directly before travelling to an event.

If you opt in, the App can send you a reminder before a tournament you are following begins. Notifications are best-effort and depend on your device, operating system, and network. Do not rely on them as your only reminder. You can turn them off at any time in the App or in your device settings.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to facilitate illegal gambling;
• Impersonate another person, or create an account using false information;
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or club records that are not yours;
• Probe, scan, or circumvent any security measure, access control, or rate limit;
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the App, or use it to build a competing service;
• Interfere with the operation of the App or with other users' use of it;
• Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringing.

We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

Our handling of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

In summary: we collect what is needed to run your account and your connections to clubs. Analytics and crash reporting are off by default and run only if you opt in. We do not use advertising identifiers or ad networks, and we do not sell your personal data.

Clubs you connect with act as independent controllers of the records they keep about your participation in their events. Their handling of that data is governed by their own practices, not ours.

You may delete your account at any time from within the App, or via our account deletion page.

Deleting your player account removes your player profile and disconnects you from clubs. Records that a club independently maintains about events you played remain with that club. Where you also hold a separate staff account for the LynxPoker management platform, that account is distinct and is not deleted by this action.

We may retain limited records where required by law or to resolve disputes.

The App, its software, design, and branding are owned by the Company and protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from it, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Content published by clubs belongs to those clubs.

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that tournament information will be accurate, or that a seat request will be honoured.

Nothing in the App constitutes legal advice about the lawfulness of any poker event in any jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunity, or loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

Because the App is provided to you free of charge, the Company's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any club, including the conduct of its events, its seating and admission decisions, its handling of buy-ins or prizes, or the accuracy of what it publishes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where such law applies, the provisions of these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by it.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the App. On termination, the licence in Section 11 ends. Sections 12, 13, 14, 16, and 17 survive.

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email to the address associated with your account before they take effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the App and delete your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel — in each case subject to Section 14, and without depriving you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Before starting proceedings, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute directly for a period of not less than thirty (30) days.

The following applies where you obtained the App from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and the Company only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the App.
• If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to the App, including product-liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer-protection or similar legislation.
• Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual-property rights.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting," and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.
