LynxPoker Players app — Account & Data Deletion

1. How to delete your account
You can permanently delete your LynxPoker player account and its data at any time, using either method below. Both do exactly the same thing.
In the app
- Open the LynxPoker app and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Edit profile.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.
On the web (no app needed)
- Go to app.lynx.poker/delete-account.
- Sign in with your email & password, or Continue with Google.
- Type your email address to confirm, then select Delete.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You are signed out as soon as it completes.
2. What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted
- Your login & identity — email and Google / Apple sign-in link (authentication user)
- Your player profile — display name, profile photo, home city
- Details saved for joining clubs: phone, ID number, nationality, birth date
- Your club connections and tournament registrations
- Your join requests that are still waiting: cancelled, and their photos and signatures deleted. The rest goes later (see the Privacy Policy, Section 9).
- Analytics data linked to your account, and your contact at our email provider
- Notifications — your devices' push tokens are unlinked from your account
- Your active session
Kept
- Tournament records held by clubs you played at — these are controlled by each club, not by us. Contact the club directly to have them removed.
- What you sent a club that accepted you: your details, photos and signed documents are that club's records. Contact the club directly to have your details and photos removed. Documents you signed while asking to join go when the club removes you. Documents you signed later, as a member, stay as the club's record of what you agreed to until the club's account is deleted.
- A join request a club turned down, and any ban a club keeps on your ID number and phone, whether it turned your request down or banned you as a member: these stay with that club until its account is deleted.
- Anonymized, aggregated technical logs that no longer identify you.
If you also run a club on LynxPoker
If the same email is also used to operate a LynxPoker club (as staff), deleting your player account removes only your player profile (display name, photo, home city, saved details), your club connections and your registrations, and cancels your waiting join requests. Your login is kept so your club and its data are not lost. To delete the club account as well, contact us at the address below.
3. Data retention
When you confirm deletion, your account and profile are removed from our active systems immediately. Copies in our hosting provider's database backups expire on their own.
