1. How to delete your account
You can permanently delete your LynxPoker player account and its data at any time, using either method below. Both do exactly the same thing.
In the app
- Open the LynxPoker app and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Re-authenticate (sign in again with your email & password, or Google / Apple).
- Type your email address to confirm, then tap Delete.
On the web (no app needed)
- Go to app.lynx.poker/delete-account.
- Sign in with your email & password, or Continue with Google.
- Type your email address to confirm, then select Delete.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You are signed out as soon as it completes.
2. What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted
- Your login & identity — email and Google / Apple sign-in link (authentication user)
- Your player profile — display name, nickname, profile photo, home city
- Notifications — tournament reminders and push-notification subscriptions, including device push tokens
- Your active session
Kept
- Tournament records held by clubs you played at — these are controlled by each club, not by us. Contact the club directly to have them removed.
- Anonymized, aggregated technical logs that no longer identify you.
If you also run a club on LynxPoker
If the same email is also used to operate a LynxPoker club (as staff), deleting your player account removes only your player profile (name, nickname, photo, home city). Your login is kept so your club and its data are not lost. To delete the club account as well, contact us at the address below.
3. Data retention
When you confirm deletion, your account and profile are removed from our active systems immediately. Residual copies in encrypted, access-controlled backups are automatically purged within 30 days.
